Professional & Education Profile
Design and Creativity is my absolute passion. I love finding a creative way to express the brands message while adhering to the brand and company guidelines. Working with different design mediums, such as digital, print, packaging, social media and more for the past three years has given me the design process knowledge and skills needed to execute a creative but professional design all the way through.

Professional Design Experience & Strengths
1
Inspiration
A majority of my most recent professional projects include taking charge of new product launches; creating print and digital assets for new supplement products. I research the purpose of the product and then follow brand guidelines in choosing images, colors, and taglines that can correlate to this product. Web banners, banner stands, and social graphics are just a few of the other assets associated with these projects. On some other projects such as web or social media content that have more of a creative approach, I find my inspiration starts when acknowledging the audience and the purpose, and then evaluating new trends and seeing what can work with our brand guidelines.
2
Collaboration
Collaboration is an integral part of design. While individual work is often the majority, there will always be a "next step" that involves another person seeing and evaluating your work. Taking the ideas, and new perspective from the person you collaborate or work with is one of my favorite things about being a creative. I also love lending an eye to my teammates and assisting in a creative solution. Designing for a supplement company means working closely with many departments. I collaborate often with the regulatory department to ensure my designs follow all industry guidelines for advertising health and wellness supplements online. Sometimes this means making small or major design changes within the assets. I have quickly learned how to be very flexible and effectively adapt designs as needed.
3
Versatility
Working with both digital and print assets means being knowledgeable in correct file sizes and color differences is important when creating assets and content. Designing labels, flyers and merchandise requires certain bleeds, alignment and exports that social and web graphics do not. Having this knowledge allows for all of my designs to be created accordingly and efficiently while providing the correct files upon completion. Some of my bigger projects have included event booth designs, banner stands, packaging for specific boxed products, catalogs and Power Points with 189 slides being my largest one to date. With all of these different projects and creative designs, brand guidelines really are essential to keep everything cohesive and on track to the intended audience.
